About the role
We are seeking a reliable Farm Hand Attendant to keep the grounds of our Marriott property in Nadi looking pristine. The role involves daily maintenance of lawns, flower beds, and outdoor facilities to ensure a welcoming environment for guests.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain the appearance of the property grounds, including lawns, flower beds, fountains, and planters.
- Mow, edge, rake leaves and perform other lawn care tasks.
- Wash, clean and refuel all equipment after use.
- Water, weed and trim flower beds, baskets and boxes.
- Remove and bag trash from exterior trash cans.
- Maintain sidewalks, driveways, cart paths and parking lots by filling cracks and holes.
- Operate tractors, trucks or utility vehicles to transport equipment and supplies.
- Follow company safety policies, report defects, accidents or unsafe conditions.
- Inspect tools and equipment for defects and perform basic repairs.
- Perform snow and ice management when required.
Required profile
- Fiji citizenship.
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- At least one year of related grounds‑maintenance experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lb and work on uneven or slippery surfaces.
