Landscape Gardener – Part Time

About the role

This part‑time position is responsible for maintaining the appearance of the property grounds at the Marriott location in Momi Bay, Nadi. The role ensures all landscaped areas, fountains, and irrigation systems are kept in excellent condition.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain lawns, flower beds, planters, and fountains by mowing, edging, watering, weeding, and cleaning.
• Install, replace, and transplant trees, shrubs, flowers, bulbs, and grass as needed.
• Operate and maintain irrigation systems, dump trucks, tractors, and other utility vehicles.
• Perform seasonal tasks such as snow removal and ice management where applicable.
• Follow safety policies, report defects, and keep equipment clean and refueled after use.

Required profile

• Fiji citizenship.
• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least one year of related landscaping or grounds‑keeping experience.

Required skills

• Operation of dump trucks, tractors, and other utility vehicles.
• Use of irrigation systems, mowers, edgers, and related equipment.
• Basic manual dexterity for planting, pruning, and equipment maintenance.
