Fixed-term Pest Control Technician – Lautoka

About the role

Genera Pacific is seeking a motivated Fixed‑term Pest Control Technician to join its team in Lautoka. You will be responsible for delivering pest management and hygiene services across all divisions, ensuring compliance with company standards and customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out pest control treatments according to the company’s Standard Operating Procedure.
• Follow monthly schedules and perform treatments at allocated times.
• Report any schedule changes, workload updates, incidents or accidents to the coordinator.
• Conduct pre‑risk assessments on site and maintain pest logs and registers.
• Handle domestic pest control requests and keep the chemicals register up to date.
• Assist with stock‑take and inventory management.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in pest control and hygiene servicing.
• School leaver willing to build a career in the pest‑control industry.
• Group 2 driving licence (mandatory).
• Ability to work non‑standard hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Physically fit with strong attention to detail.

Required skills

• Safe use of pest‑control equipment.
• Chemical handling and register management.
