About the role

The Front Office Guest Service Assistant – Porter provides safe, reliable transportation for guests using hotel vehicles while delivering courteous, attentive service. This position supports an exceptional guest experience by ensuring timely transport, maintaining vehicle cleanliness and safety, and assisting guests with special needs.

Key responsibilities

• Transport guests to and from assigned destinations safely using property vehicles.
• Inspect vehicles daily for cleanliness, damage, tire pressure, and fluid levels.
• Refuel vehicles as required and promptly report maintenance needs.
• Accurately document all trips before and after each journey.
• Report any vehicle incidents, damages, or accidents.
• Follow all safety, security, and emergency procedures and complete required training.
• Provide warm, professional assistance to guests, including those with disabilities.
• Maintain a polished appearance in line with company standards.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in a similar guest‑service or porter role.
• Working rights in Fiji.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Positive, professional attitude and ability to perform physically active duties.
• Clear communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team.
