IT Helpdesk Engineer

About the role

Digicel Pacific is seeking a motivated IT Helpdesk Engineer to join its IT Operations Team at the Digicel Khalsa office. You will be the first point of contact for users in the Fiji HUB markets, handling incidents, service requests, and ensuring smooth IT operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily IT Helpdesk support for workstations, Windows AD, DNS, DHCP, Wi‑Fi, Entra ID, Office 365, and Intune.
• Maintain compliance with IT KPIs such as SCCM, CrowdStrike, patch management, BitLocker, MDM, MFA and related security tools.
• Manage asset inventory, allocation, onboarding/off‑boarding, and procurement of hardware.
• Administer access control systems and CCTV infrastructure.
• Resolve tickets within SLA, escalating when necessary, and ensure proper follow‑up with users.
• Assist in repair, replacement, and procurement of IT hardware.
• Support IT and security policy compliance, process audits, and documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• 2–3 years of IT support experience, preferably in a helpdesk environment.
• Hands‑on experience with Windows desktop environments, printers, Wi‑Fi, and basic CCTV administration.

• Hardware troubleshooting – PCs, printers, network devices, CCTV
