Manager IT & Network Infrastructure

About the role

The Manager IT & Network Infrastructure leads SPBD’s regional Information Technology department, reporting to the Head of Mobile and Digital Services. You will be responsible for the design, delivery and security of all IT and network services that support the organization’s poverty‑alleviation mission.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN and cloud network architectures.
• Ensure high availability, security, performance and reliability of infrastructure and network services.
• Manage servers, storage, virtualization platforms and cloud environments (Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID).
• Oversee IT support services, service level agreements and vendor procurement.
• Develop and maintain IT governance, cybersecurity policies, standards and procedures.
• Lead IT projects, technology upgrades and digital transformation initiatives.
• Manage cybersecurity operations, vulnerability management, incident response, firewalls and endpoint protection.
• Direct disaster recovery and business continuity planning across all countries.
• Provide leadership, mentoring and technical guidance to IT staff and contractors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• Minimum 10 years progressive IT experience, including at least 3 years in a management or supervisory role.
• Proven expertise in enterprise infrastructure, systems administration, network management and cybersecurity governance.
• Experience managing IT budgets, projects, vendors and service providers.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and willingness to travel throughout the Pacific region.
