Loss Prevention Guest Service Attendant

About the role

Sheraton Nadi is hiring a Loss Prevention Guest Service Attendant. The role combines guest service with security and loss prevention duties, including patrolling the property, monitoring safety systems and handling incidents while maintaining a professional, welcoming approach to guests.

Key responsibilities

• Patrol all areas of the property and assist guests with room access
• Monitor closed-circuit television, perimeter alarm system, duress alarms and fire life safety system
• Lock property entrances when required and conduct daily physical hazard inspections
• Respond to accidents, call EMS or administer first aid/CPR as needed, and assist guests and employees during emergencies
• Defuse disturbances, escort unwelcome persons off the property and escort guests to accident or theft scenes
• Complete incident reports, shift summaries and daily activity reports, and investigate incidents and gather evidence
• Handle interruptions and complaints, resolve safety hazards and maintain confidentiality of reports and proprietary information
• Welcome guests according to company standards, assist individuals with disabilities and follow company policies and safety training

Required profile

• Ability to stand, sit or walk for long periods and move quickly to respond to situations
• Able to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds unassisted and heavier with assistance, and to work in narrow, elevated or uneven spaces
• Some states may require additional licensing or registration
