職務概要
マリオット・インターナショナル系列のホテルで、パートタイムのキッチンスタッフとして食品の準備・調理を担当します。安全・品質基準を遵守し、チームと協力して円滑な厨房運営を支えます。
主な業務内容
- 食材の分量分け、みじん切り、保存、洗浄、皮むき、計量・混合
- レシピ・品質基準に従った食品の調理と盛り付け、冷たい食品の準備
- オーブン、ストーブ、グリル、電子レンジ、フライヤー等の機器操作と温度管理
- 作業場の清掃・消毒、設備のメンテナンス報告、衛生基準の遵守
求める人物像
- チームワークを重視し、前向きに業務に取り組める方
- 安全・衛生に関する方針を遵守し、必要なトレーニングを完了できる方
- 体力を要する業務（持ち上げ・搬送）に対応できる方
必須スキル
- 調理機器（オーブン、ストーブ、グリル、電子レンジ、フライヤー）の操作経験
- 食品の計量・計測・混合の実務経験（1年以上）
