Machine Operator – Full‑time Production Role

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Suva and involves setting up, operating and monitoring production machinery to deliver safe, efficient and consistent output.

Key responsibilities

• Follow work orders, adjust machine settings and perform basic equipment checks.
• Inspect products for quality, report any equipment issues and maintain a clean work area.
• Use hand tools for minor adjustments or preventative maintenance and support continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a machine operator or in a manufacturing environment is beneficial.
• Ability to follow safety protocols, read work instructions and stand for extended periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in manufacturing is an asset.

Required skills

• Machine operation and handling of various machinery.
• Quality control – inspecting outputs and adhering to standards.
• Use of hand tools for basic maintenance and adjustments.
