National Individual Contractor – Information Management

About the role
The Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) seeks a National Individual Contractor to deliver a complete information‑management package for the 2026 Pacific Human Rights Situational Analysis Report. The contractor will work closely with OHCHR Pacific Regional Office (PRO) staff and the SPC Human Rights and Social Development (HRSD) team.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in inception briefing, review background documents and submit an inception report with a refined work plan.
- Design, develop and populate spreadsheets and other data tools to support the situational analysis.
- Develop and manage new data elements, advise on assessment design and ensure data quality using MS Lists, MS Teams and Power BI.
- Create visual information products – charts, infographics, map visualisations and snapshots – to convey analysis findings.
- Incorporate feedback, finalize all deliverables and ensure proper storage or archiving of data.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in information management, information systems, social science or a related field.
- At least three years of progressively responsible experience in information management or data analysis.
