Programmes & Impact Coordinator

About the role

The Programmes & Impact Coordinator will lead the delivery of FIJI Water Foundation initiatives for all Wonderful employees in Fiji. This role bridges corporate philanthropy with community development, ensuring programmes are effectively implemented and aligned with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the rollout of FIJI Water Foundation programmes across Wonderful businesses in Fiji.
• Support the implementation of all foundation initiatives and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with the Director of Philanthropy and the Manager to stream, measure, and analyse departmental efforts.
• Create networks with local Wonderful entities and work with heads of departments to maximise employee participation.
• Maintain programme data, analyse outcomes and recommend improvements based on monitoring and evaluation.

Required profile

• Diploma in Social Work, Community Development, Business Administration, Public Health, Education, Project Management or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in programme coordination or community development.
• Advanced/Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Degree in Social Work or Business Administration.
• Knowledge of Lean problem‑solving tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid full driver’s licence (Group 2).
• Self‑motivated, problem‑solver with a “can‑do” attitude, reliable and able to work with minimal supervision.
