Safety & Security Manager

About the role

As a Safety & Security Manager at Hilton, you will protect guests, staff and property by overseeing all safety and security operations across the hotel. You will develop policies, conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with local regulations while delivering the warm hospitality experience Hilton is known for.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and schedule the safety and security team, ensuring readiness for emergencies.
• Oversee daily security operations, conduct risk assessments and implement preventive measures.
• Develop and execute emergency protocols, lead incident response and coordinate with emergency services.
• Perform regular safety audits and inspections to guarantee compliance with local regulations and hotel standards.
• Deliver ongoing safety training, conduct drills and enhance staff preparedness.
• Investigate incidents, compile reports and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external agencies to maintain a cohesive safety strategy.

Required profile

• Proven experience in safety and security management, preferably within the hospitality sector.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and training teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of safety regulations, emergency planning and risk mitigation.
• Relevant certifications in safety management, first aid, CPR and fire safety.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
