Sales Executive – Consumer Team

About the role

Digicel Pacific is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join its Consumer Team in Nadi. You will be responsible for promoting Digicel’s mobile products and services, engaging customers, and driving sales in a fast‑paced telecommunications environment.

Key responsibilities

• Sell Digicel products according to set criteria and guidelines.
• Display products to maximise customer interest and achieve sales targets.
• Track incoming SIMs and handsets, identify faults and report them to the Team Leader.
• Maintain accurate sales records in the CRM system.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Participate in stock counts and verify that all inventory and cash are accounted for.
• Submit customer feedback and issues for escalation.
• Contribute market intelligence to sales and marketing teams.
• Achieve or exceed set KPIs and targets.
• Support company promotions such as road shows and scheduled events.

Required profile

• Pass in Year 13 or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in a similar sales role within a medium to large organisation.
• Good knowledge of the latest mobile gadgets.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure to meet deadlines.
