Survey Enumerator (Part‑time)

About the role

DT Global, on behalf of Pacific Australia Skills, is seeking part‑time Survey Enumerators to conduct telephone interviews with graduates and employers across Fiji, the Solomon Islands and Papua New Guinea. The role involves collecting high‑quality data for the Learner Tracer Survey and the Employer Engagement Survey, supporting monitoring, evaluation and learning activities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct assigned Learner Tracer and Employer Engagement surveys by telephone, following provided scripts.
• Record responses accurately and enter them into the Qualtrics survey platform.
• Maintain confidentiality of all respondent information.
• Achieve survey completion targets within the contract period.
• Report any issues affecting survey progress to the Regional MEL Officer.
• Participate in briefings, orientations and training sessions as required.

Required profile

• Ability to conduct interviews in a professional, respectful and culturally appropriate manner.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
• Good communication skills for telephone interaction.
• Availability to work part‑time during the contract period.

Required skills

• Experience using Qualtrics or similar online survey platforms.
