Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, resource‑driven Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse and logistics team in Lami, Fiji. In this role you will ensure the efficient receipt, storage, picking and dispatch of fast‑moving consumer goods, maintaining high inventory accuracy while supporting timely deliveries to customers across the country. You will also drive continuous improvement initiatives and uphold health and safety standards throughout the operation.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse, distribution and dispatch operations.
• Oversee accurate receipting, storage, picking, loading and dispatch of stock.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and stock control standards.
• Lead and motivate the warehouse team to meet operational targets.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate physical stocktakes and inventory reconciliation.
• Guarantee timely and accurate customer deliveries.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers and transport providers.
• Identify and implement process and operational improvements.
• Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics.
• Manage relationships with transport providers and coordinate scheduling.

Required profile

• Proven experience in warehouse, logistics or distribution, preferably FMCG.
• Previous supervisory or team‑lead experience.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management, inventory control and distribution practices.
• Demonstrated ability to improve processes and operational efficiency.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• A qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Business Administration is an advantage.
• Computer literate with strong MS Office skills.
• Problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
