Export Officer - Airfreight

About the role

The Export Officer – Airfreight will coordinate and facilitate the efficient handling of export airfreight shipments for Neptune Pacific. You will ensure cargo is processed accurately, securely, and in line with airline, customs, and company requirements while supporting daily operations between Suva and Nadi.

Key responsibilities

• Book airline space once shipment details are confirmed.
• Verify documentation and prepare Air Waybills (AWBs).
• Conduct cargo screening procedures according to regulations.
• Assist with loading, unloading, handling and storage of export cargo.
• Support import airfreight clearance at Wailekutu Bond as needed.
• Transfer cargo from Suva to Nadi to support export operations.
• Provide quotations to customers and ensure timely cargo lodgement.
• Support the wider airfreight team and other departments as required.

Required profile

• Certificate or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transport or related field (preferred).
• CAA​F Cargo Screener and/or Quality Control licence (preferred).
• Valid Group 2 Manual Driving Licence; Group 9 licence is an advantage.
• Prior experience in airfreight exports or freight forwarding (preferred).
