About the role
The Finance and Administration Officer will support the FALE Network, a permanent platform for humanitarian action across the Pacific. Based in Suva, the role blends rigorous financial management with essential administrative assistance for civil‑society partners, contributing to the resilience of communities throughout the region.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the financial operations of the FALE Network, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to civil‑society partners and network activities.
- Maintain calm and compassionate service delivery during emergency situations.
Required profile
- Finance professional with a strong interest in humanitarian resilience in the Pacific.
- Mature, emotionally grounded individual capable of staying composed under pressure.
- Willingness to work from Suva and engage with regional NGOs.
