About the role

The Global Graduate – Corporate & Regulatory Affairs (CORA) programme is an 18‑month fast‑track opportunity based in Fiji. It offers high‑potential graduates exposure to multiple functions, strategic projects and international training to develop future leaders for BAT.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate through various Corporate and Regulatory Affairs roles to build a strong business understanding.
• Support the development and planning of campaigns and messaging, liaising with all functions and championing change.
• Develop a deep understanding of the external and regulatory environment and engage with key stakeholders.
• Lead a strategic stretch project, collaborating with the team to deliver results for a specific sub‑function.
• Proactively manage personal development through on‑the‑job learning, coaching, mentoring and formal training.

Required profile

• Graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Energetic, resilient, self‑motivated and highly adaptable.
• Maximum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
