About the role

The Global Graduate Finance Programme is an 18‑month fast‑track journey designed for high‑potential graduates. Based in Suva, the programme offers international exposure and a pathway to a managerial position within British American Tobacco.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in a structured cross‑functional development programme to become a high‑performing business leader.
• Engage with a wide network of internal and external stakeholders.
• Receive coaching and mentoring from senior leaders and peers worldwide.
• Take on a real executive‑level assignment, applying knowledge to drive business results.
• Complete comprehensive functional, business and leadership learning modules.
• Contribute to global projects such as supply‑chain optimisation, integration and process transformation.

Required profile

• Graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business or a related field.
• Minimum GPA of 2.50/4.00.
• Final‑year student, recent graduate or professional with up to 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong academic record and demonstrated leadership through extracurricular activities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, team‑building and negotiation abilities.
• Energetic, resilient, self‑motivated, results‑driven and adaptable, able to work independently.
• Willingness to be globally mobile.
