Income Auditor – Finance Team

About the role

The Income Auditor joins the Finance team at Radisson Hotel Group on Denarau Island, ensuring accurate daily revenue auditing across all hotel departments. This role supports financial integrity and compliance while collaborating with operational teams.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily audits and reconciliations of hotel revenue, covering rooms, food & beverage, concessions and miscellaneous income.
• Investigate and resolve revenue discrepancies, including voids, discounts, dummy folios and missing checks, ensuring proper approvals.
• Reconcile Opera, POS, credit‑card batches and guest ledger reports, reporting any variances to the Financial Controller.
• Conduct surprise cash float counts and outlet audits to maintain strong internal controls.
• Maintain complete audit documentation for management review and external audit requirements.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or related field (preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in finance, revenue audit, night audit or accounts receivable, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong numerical, analytical and reconciliation skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality and exercise professional judgement.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Opera Property Management System.
• Experience using Point‑of‑Sale (POS) systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
