Process Operator – Production

About the role

The Process Operator will provide technical and operational support to maintain high equipment effectiveness and ensure safe, efficient production of bottled water.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain OEE at or above 85% by monitoring and adjusting production equipment.
• Operate and maintain a range of machinery including forklifts, blowers/fillers, labelers, bottle date coders, shrink wrappers, case erectors, palletizers and injection molding machines.
• Perform elementary maintenance, AM checks, and record downtime in the EIT system.
• Execute hand palletizing, product reworks, and product destruction as needed.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure product standards are met.

Required profile

• Year 12 completion and a trade qualification in Mechanical, Electrical or Manufacturing.
• 3‑5 years of experience in a manufacturing or bottling environment.
• Valid Group 9 driving licence.
• Ability to work rotating shifts including nights, afternoons and weekends.

Required skills

• Forklift operation.
• Experience with injection molding and other bottling line equipment.
• Inventory and record‑keeping using scanned guns and JIT methods.
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting and adjustment.
