Procurement & Advisory Services Manager – Pacific Aviation

About the role

The Procurement and Advisory Services Manager will support the P4A Operations Lead in managing human resources, recruitment, procurement and advisory services for the Australia‑Pacific Partnerships for Aviation programme. The role ensures efficient, compliant operations across the Pacific region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead engagement of advisers, including recruitment, due diligence, contracting and performance assessment.
• Manage end‑to‑end procurement processes for goods, services and operational requirements, ensuring value‑for‑money and compliance.
• Oversee onboarding, travel, IT, finance, timesheets and invoicing procedures for staff and consultants.
• Maintain compliance with DFAT and ASI policies, including safeguarding, GEDSI and anti‑corruption requirements.

Required profile

• Relevant qualification in procurement, business administration, operations management or a related field.
• 7+ years experience in procurement, recruitment or HR within international development, preferably in the Pacific.
• Demonstrated experience managing advisers or consultant teams and contract administration.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills in cross‑cultural, multi‑disciplinary settings.
