Security Supervisor

About the role

Exceptional hospitality starts with you. As a Security Supervisor at Hilton, you will oversee the daily operations of the hotel’s security team, lead and manage security officers, ensure duties are performed effectively, maintain security standards, and respond to emergencies.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct security patrols of interior and exterior hotel premises to identify and address safety and security risks.
• Support emergency responses by coordinating actions for fires, medical emergencies, and security threats.
• Supervise and develop the team: train, schedule, and guide Security Guards/Officers to ensure high performance.
• Investigate incidents by gathering information, documenting findings, and ensuring accurate reporting.
• Promote workplace safety by encouraging adherence to safety protocols and best practices.
• Provide security backup by stepping in to fulfill officer responsibilities as needed.
• Enforce guest and staff safety measures, manage access control, and handle concerns discreetly.
• Conduct audits, ensure regulatory compliance, and update security policies to address emerging risks.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a security supervisory or leadership role, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• In‑depth knowledge of security operations and emergency protocols.
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Certifications in First Aid, CPR, and security operations preferred.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
