About the role

Senior Manager, Technology and Governance for the Australia Fiji Governance Partnership (AFGP) based in Suva, Fiji. This is a long‑term role running from October 2023 to June 2027 with a possible two‑year extension, reserved for Fiji nationals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the technology and governance components of the AFGP under the Fiji Program Support Platform.
• Ensure alignment with DFAT objectives, strategic coherence, planning and partnership management across the portfolio.
• Promote gender equality, disability‑inclusive development and climate resilience within programme delivery.
• Oversee value‑for‑money delivery, use of local supply chains and risk management.

Required profile

• Fiji national.
• Senior‑level experience in technology, governance and programme management.
• Demonstrated ability to work with government, civil society and multilateral partners.
