AV Technician

About the role

We are looking for an experienced AV Technician to join Encore’s event production team. The role offers stable hours, clear career progression and access to premium tools, allowing you to enhance your expertise while delivering high-quality audio-visual services for hybrid and virtual events.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain audio-visual equipment for live, hybrid and virtual events.
• Set up, program and manage LED walls, lighting rigs and camera systems.
• Handle video and data networking, seamless switching and GrandMA lighting consoles.
• Collaborate with event staff to ensure smooth execution under pressure.
• Provide excellent customer service and support throughout events.

Required profile

• Demonstrated competency in operating audio-visual equipment.
• Experience with hybrid and virtual events.
• Strong customer-centric attitude and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain a professional appearance.
• Riggers Ticket is highly regarded.
