Teller

About the role

ANZ is hiring a Teller for its Nadi branch in Fiji, within the Pacific Retail Branch Network division. This is a permanent, full-time position. As a Teller you will help deliver great customer experiences at the branch, supporting customers with their everyday banking needs while contributing to branch performance and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Meet customers' financial transaction needs accurately and efficiently
• Provide consistent, relationship-based customer service
• Work collaboratively within a team environment
• Help drive and enhance the overall customer service experience
• Identify customer needs and refer appropriate business opportunities

Required profile

• Ideally strong time management and customer service skills
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• A sound understanding of compliance and customer confidentiality
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Not expected to have all of these; a growth mindset is valued
