Branch Manager

About the role

The Branch Manager will lead the Suva branch of Vision Investments Limited, overseeing daily operations, driving sales and profitability, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. This full‑time, on‑site position requires strong leadership, analytical, and relationship‑building skills.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coach branch staff, monitor performance, and foster a high‑performing team.
• Oversee daily workflows, stock and asset management, and compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Analyze financial and operational reports, set action plans, and achieve sales and profitability targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience in branch, operations, or retail/financial services management, preferably in a diversified business environment.
• Strong leadership, performance‑management, and coaching abilities.
• Demonstrated customer relationship management and escalation handling skills.
• Solid understanding of sales, budgeting, and financial reporting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard business software such as MS Office.
• Comfort using operational or point‑of‑sale systems.
