Sales & Marketing Assistant Manager

About the role

2coms is looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Assistant Manager based in Suva or Lautoka, Fiji, with strong knowledge of the FMCG industry and supermarket sales operations. The role covers managing sales activities, coordinating deliveries, developing marketing strategies, generating new business and supporting smooth market operations. The salary is 64,000 INR per month.

Key responsibilities

• Pick and process orders from supermarkets, non-deal customers and roadside shops on time.
• Prepare and coordinate delivery schedules for timely product delivery.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Identify and prospect new local and export customers, and build strong relationships with customers and business partners.
• Prepare market reports and assist management in business and operational decisions.
• Allocate duties to junior staff, develop internal checks and controls for the sales team, and monitor sales activities.
• Maintain vehicle servicing and maintenance records.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or certificate in Sales, Marketing or a related field.
• Age 30 to 40 years; male.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Sales & Marketing Assistant Manager.
• Good knowledge of the FMCG industry and supermarket operations.
• Good English and Hindi speaking and listening skills.
