Chief Financial Officer – Hospitality Group

About the role

We are seeking an accomplished Chief Financial Officer to join the Board and Executive Leadership Team of Raffe Hotels & Resorts, a leading Fijian hospitality group. The CFO will partner with the CEO to protect financial strength, drive performance and support sustainable growth across our portfolio of hotels and resorts.

Key responsibilities

• Safeguard the Group’s financial health and resilience.
• Provide strategic insight and judgement for investment decisions and long‑term growth.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO and executive team to shape financial strategy.
• Develop finance capability and lead the finance function across all properties.
• Build strong relationships with property teams and translate financial data into clear, decisive actions.

Required profile

• Proven senior finance leadership experience, preferably in hospitality or related sectors.
• Strong commercial acumen with a forward‑thinking mindset.
• Ability to connect with business units and people at all levels.
• Track record of driving performance, resilience and sustainable growth.
