Compliance and Audit Analyst

About the role

The Compliance and Audit Analyst will ensure that our hotel operates within the legal and regulatory framework set by government and industry bodies. You will develop policies, monitor adherence, and provide guidance to protect the hotel's reputation and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all relevant local laws and regulations and stay updated on changes.
• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures, communicating them across all staff levels.
• Conduct regular compliance audits, risk assessments, and monitor internal controls.
• Design and deliver training programs to educate employees on compliance topics.
• Investigate compliance incidents, implement corrective actions, and prevent recurrence.
• Prepare and submit required compliance reports to regulatory bodies and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with hotel management, legal advisors, and external auditors; act as liaison with regulatory agencies.
• Identify compliance vulnerabilities and develop action plans to mitigate risks.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing or a related field.
• 2‑5 years of experience in compliance, internal audit, or regulatory roles, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational abilities.
• High ethical standards, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team.
