Country Sales Manager – PNG & Solomon Islands

About the role

Kacific is seeking a Country Sales Manager to own and grow its business across Papua New Guinea and the Solomon Islands. This senior, market‑building role will drive revenue, develop strategic partnerships and position Kacific as the long‑term connectivity and technology partner in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the commercial and business owner for PNG and the Solomon Islands.
• Design and execute the go‑to‑market strategy for Kacific’s managed‑services provider business.
• Own revenue growth, gross margin, profitability, collections and pipeline development.
• Develop country business plans covering satellite broadband, enterprise connectivity, fibre‑backed redundancy, green‑power and network modernisation.
• Identify and target priority market segments such as telecom operators, ISPs, government and enterprise customers.
• Lead complex solution sales, negotiate contracts and manage key customer relationships.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to align product offerings and market initiatives.

Required profile

• Entrepreneurial leader with a proven track record in senior B2B sales or country management.
• Strong commercial acumen and full P&L responsibility experience.
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships and strategic partnerships in emerging markets.
• Excellent understanding of the Pacific telecom landscape and regulatory environment.
• Ability to operate independently, travel frequently across the region and work in a hybrid setting.
