Driver & Mobile Technician

About the role

Digicel Pacific is seeking a motivated Driver and Mobile Technician to support its regional consumer sales operations in Nadi. The role combines safe transportation of equipment and personnel with on‑site technical support for mobile devices.

Key responsibilities

• Transport tools, equipment, and technicians to various job sites while performing routine vehicle checks.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, unlock and repair mobile devices, providing clear recommendations to customers.
• Advise customers and internal staff on repair actions and replacement estimates.
• Submit weekly reports on phones unlocked and implement cost‑effective unlocking plans.
• Maintain accurate trip logs, delivery records, and adhere to road safety regulations.

Required profile

• Valid full driver’s licence with a clean record; manual driving experience is a plus.
• Previous experience in field service or mobile technician roles.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and travel to remote locations.
• Team‑oriented mindset and constructive work attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications for report writing.
