Customer Care Consultant

About the role

Join Tower as a Customer Sales & Service Consultant and become the front‑line voice for our insurance customers across phone, email and digital channels. You will combine sales expertise with genuine service to help people protect their homes, vehicles and businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email and online platforms.
• Listen to customer needs, provide clear information and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
• Identify sales opportunities, present suitable products and achieve individual and team targets.
• Maintain accurate records, follow‑up promptly and ensure compliance with service standards.
• Resolve issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales and customer service, preferably in insurance or a related financial service.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
