Sales Enablement Specialist

About the role

As a Sales Enablement Specialist you will support customer retention, account health and sales effectiveness across a portfolio of high‑value, mature accounts. You will work closely with Account Managers to reduce churn risk, improve engagement and enable strategic growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Support customer retention, account health and sales effectiveness across high‑value accounts.
• Conduct proactive outreach such as account reviews, re‑engagement campaigns and follow‑up communications.
• Monitor engagement levels, identify churn risk indicators and escalate to Account Managers.
• Manage customer enquiries, coordinate responses and resolve issues related to billing, refunds, travel changes and account reporting.
• Maintain accurate account records, process administration requests and ensure data compliance.

Required profile

• Successful completion of Year 13.
• 2–3 years experience in customer service, sales support or account coordination.
• Strong understanding of customer retention and account administration.
• Excellent communication, organisational and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM platforms.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Experience with reporting tools and customer analytics.
