Customer Experience Coordinator (Fixed-Term)

About the role

Neptune Pacific is seeking a Fixed‑Term Customer Experience Coordinator to manage the end‑to‑end process for domestic landside business in Fiji. You will act as the primary liaison for customers, handling quotes, bookings, customs clearance, transport, and billing while ensuring a high level of service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide individual support to customers across all product lines.
• Create and maintain accurate records in CargoWise to ensure smooth information flow.
• Coordinate quotes, bookings, customs clearance (including biosecurity and fumigation), transport, and invoicing.
• Communicate and follow up with Sales and other internal teams.
• Identify improvement opportunities and prepare cost‑risk‑benefit reports.
• Act as a role‑model championing the company’s Way of Work.

Required profile

• Diploma in Business, Customs or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar shipping or logistics role.
• Strong customer‑focus with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
