About the role
The Digital Transformation Implementation Adviser will help transition the Integrated Business Management System (IBMS) from vendor hand‑over to live operation for the Ministry of Women, Children and Social Protection (MWCSP). Working closely with MWCSP teams, the adviser will guide the shift from paper‑based processes to digital workflows and ensure sustainable system use.
Key responsibilities
- Support operationalisation of the IBMS after vendor hand‑over.
- Plan and execute rollout of the system across MWCSP.
- Lead change‑management activities to move from manual to digital processes.
- Prepare the organisation for operational readiness and user adoption.
- Develop a functional understanding of system requirements, capabilities and related business processes.
- Coordinate with MWCSP programme staff to align the system with service delivery needs.
Required profile
- Experience in implementing digital solutions within government or development programmes.
- Proven ability to manage change and facilitate user adoption.
- Strong analytical skills to understand system functionality and business requirements.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multi‑disciplinary teams.
