Executive Manager – Club InterContinental Lounge

About the role

The Executive Manager of the Club InterContinental Lounge leads the resort’s premier guest experience, delivering personalized, seamless, and sophisticated service at every touchpoint. You will oversee all Club Lounge operations, inspire a high‑performing team, and curate memorable moments that embody the InterContinental brand.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and continuously enhance the overall guest experience within the Club Lounge and VIP services.
• Lead, train, and empower a passionate team to uphold InterContinental brand standards.
• Develop and implement service strategies that drive guest satisfaction, engagement, and loyalty.
• Collaborate with key departments to coordinate personalized experiences for VIP and Club guests.
• Monitor performance metrics, budgets, and guest feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
• Manage Club arrivals, departures, lounge experiences and guest interactions.
• Maintain high standards across food presentation, beverage service, cleanliness, ambience and overall lounge presentation.
• Coordinate daily Club offerings, including breakfast, afternoon tea, evening canapés, beverages and other guest experiences.
• Work closely with Culinary and Food & Beverage teams to ensure quality, consistency and seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in a luxury hotel, resort, club lounge, executive lounge or premium guest experience environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality or a related field (preferred).
• Deep understanding of high‑end guest service standards and meticulous attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Natural ability to lead with warmth, inspire excellence and embody the InterContinental brand promise.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required by resort operations.
