Farm Guest Service Assistant

About the role

The Westin is looking for a Farm Guest Service Assistant to welcome visitors to its farm location on Denarau Island. You will be the first point of contact, creating a warm and professional impression while guiding guests through farm experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring a friendly first impression.
• Coordinate guest bookings, farm tours, and related activities.
• Provide information about produce, animals, and sustainability practices.
• Assist with hands‑on farm activities to enhance guest engagement.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of guest areas, pathways, and activity stations.
• Support farm events, tastings, workshops, and farm‑to‑table experiences.
• Respond promptly to guest questions or concerns.
• Collaborate with farm staff to ensure smooth daily operations and guest flow.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in a similar guest‑service or hospitality role.
• Legal right to work in Fiji.
• Warm, friendly, and professional demeanor.
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of guiding visitors.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying conditions.
• Proactive, dependable, and able to work flexibly, including weekends and special events.
