Food and Beverage Guest Service Agent - Bar

About the role

The Food and Beverage Guest Service Agent – Bar provides attentive service to guests in the bar area, ensuring a memorable experience that reflects Sheraton’s community‑focused values. You will work closely with the F&B team to deliver high‑quality service throughout each shift.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests at the bar, taking orders and delivering drinks promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, completing daily checklists.
• Handle guest enquiries and tailor experiences to individual preferences.
• Support the Food and Beverage team with general operational tasks.
• Build relationships with guests to encourage repeat visits and future bookings.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in a similar food and beverage or bar role.
• Legal right to work in Fiji.
• Enthusiastic about advancing a career in hospitality.
• Self‑motivated, driven and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
