About the role

Join the Sheraton team on Denarau Island South as a Food and Beverage Guest Service Assistant. You will support the restaurant service period, ensuring each guest receives attentive and memorable service throughout their dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with restaurant service periods, tending to guests and exceeding their expectations.
• Maintain outlet cleanliness and complete daily checklists with attention to detail.
• Handle general enquiries and create tailored guest experiences.
• Support the Food and Beverage team with general operational tasks.
• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests to encourage future bookings.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in a similar hospitality role.
• Legal working rights in Fiji.
• Enthusiastic about career progression.
• Self‑motivated, driven and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
