About the role

Join the Sheraton team on Denarau Island South, Nadi, Fiji as a Food and Beverage Guest Service Attendant. You will be the front‑line host who ensures every guest enjoys a seamless dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist during service periods, attending to guests and exceeding their expectations.
• Deliver service excellence throughout the complete food and beverage experience.
• Maintain outlet cleanliness and complete daily checklists with meticulous attention to detail.
• Handle general enquiries, creating personalized guest experiences.
• Support the Food and Beverage team with general operational tasks.
• Build and strengthen relationships with guests to encourage future bookings.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in a similar guest service role.
• Legal right to work in Fiji.
• Enthusiastic about career progression.
• Self‑motivated, driven and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Solution‑oriented with a can‑do attitude.
