Food and Beverage Manager

About the role

The Food and Beverage Manager leads all F&B operations for the property, overseeing restaurants, bars, culinary outlets and room service. This senior role ensures exceptional guest experiences while driving financial performance and compliance with health and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and monitor budgets, forecasts and financial plans for all F&B departments.
• Control costs, analyse revenue performance and identify savings opportunities.
• Oversee daily operations of restaurants, bars, kitchen and room service, ensuring brand standards, food quality and hygiene.
• Maintain compliance with food safety, health and licensing regulations.
• Lead, coach and develop the F&B team, set performance expectations and conduct appraisals.
• Handle guest concerns, drive service excellence and manage banquet and event operations.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and training initiatives for F&B staff.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing multi‑outlet food and beverage operations in a hotel or resort environment.
• Strong leadership and people‑management abilities with a focus on team engagement.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑oriented mindset.
