Food & Beverage Assistant

About the role

The Food & Beverage Assistant joins our F&B Service team to create memorable guest experiences. You will set up tables, coordinate with the kitchen, serve guests, and maintain clean work areas, ensuring every interaction feels part of a unique hospitality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Follow all company safety, security, and policy procedures; report any maintenance needs, accidents, or unsafe conditions.
• Maintain a clean, professional uniform and personal appearance.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and guests.
• Support positive working relationships and help the team achieve common goals.
• Adhere to quality expectations and service standards.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, lifting and moving objects up to 25 lb without assistance.
• Assist with setting tables, handling event materials, and cleaning work areas.
• Perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors.

Required profile

• Open to Fiji citizens only.
• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related food & beverage experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification required.
