Human Resources Intern

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and organised Human Resources Intern to support day‑to‑day HR operations at The Beach Club Wailoaloa, a busy hospitality venue in Nadi. This hands‑on role is ideal for a student or recent graduate in HR, Business Management or a related field who wants practical experience in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with daily HR administration and maintain employee records.
• Update staff files, HR documentation and monitor attendance and leave.
• Support recruitment activities including CV screening and interview coordination.
• Help with new employee onboarding, preparation of contracts and employment letters.
• Assist in performance reviews, KPI documentation and staff training coordination.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR and management team.
• Use ChatGPT and other digital tools to draft documents, create templates and improve productivity.

Required profile

• Currently studying or recently graduated in HR, Business, Management or a related discipline.
• Comfortable using new technology and digital tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Professional, reliable and able to handle confidential information.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Confident use of ChatGPT for drafting and research.
