About the role

The Manager Learning & Development plays a strategic role in building a culture of continuous learning, service excellence, and talent growth within the hotel. Partnering closely with department heads, this role ensures associates have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and promote employee training programs, using effective methods to enhance guest‑centric service.
• Monitor enrollment, attendance, and effectiveness of training, measuring transfer of learning to operations.
• Develop training plans and budgets aligned with the hotel’s mission, performance gaps, and business indicators.
• Manage the training budget in coordination with HR and property financial goals.

Required profile

• University degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in HR or related professional area.
• Certified Trainer (Training of Trainers – Level 4).
• Eligible to work in Fiji.
