ICT Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking an ICT Sales Executive to join Digicel Pacific’s Fiji Business Solutions team in Suva. The role focuses on driving sales of ICT and telecommunications solutions to corporate clients, building relationships and delivering tailored proposals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and assess customer needs.
• Generate new business through cold‑calling, networking and social media outreach.
• Arrange and lead client meetings, present product and service offerings, and prepare sales forecasts.
• Maintain accurate records in the ERP system and ensure stock availability for demonstrations.
• Negotiate and close deals, handle objections, and follow up on post‑sale support.
• Collaborate with the ICT service delivery team to ensure timely implementation.
• Represent Digicel Pacific at industry exhibitions and conferences.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of corporate sales experience with a proven record of meeting targets.
• Strong client‑management abilities and excellent communication skills.
• Understanding of the ICT and telecommunications market is an advantage.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems for customer data management.
