International Affiliate – Telehealth (Fiji)

About the role

Lyra Clinical Associates is seeking an International Affiliate to provide short‑term, goal‑oriented counselling to corporate employees and their dependents in Fiji. Working on a flexible contractual basis, you will manage your own caseload, set your own hours and benefit from Lyra’s clinical tools and administrative support.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality short‑term counselling (1‑8 sessions) for stress, burnout, grief, relationship challenges, or mild‑to‑moderate anxiety and depression.
• Apply evidence‑based modalities such as CBT, Solution‑Focused Brief Therapy or ACT, adapted to an Employee Assistance Program context.
• Use Lyra’s secure digital platform for scheduling, case notes and compliance with global data‑privacy standards.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology or Clinical Social Work.
• Minimum three years post‑qualification clinical experience.
• Registered with the local governing body as a psychologist, counsellor or clinical social worker.
• Experience in short‑term therapy or EAP settings; ability to conduct brief, structured interventions.
• Dedicated confidential space with high‑speed internet for telehealth video sessions.
