About the role
As a Teller you will deliver great customer experiences at the branch, supporting everyday banking needs while contributing to branch performance and satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently meet customers’ financial transaction needs.
- Provide consistent, relationship‑based customer service.
- Collaborate within a team environment.
- Help drive and enhance the overall customer service experience.
- Identify customer needs and refer appropriate business opportunities.
Required profile
- Strong time‑management and customer‑service abilities.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of compliance and customer confidentiality.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong attention to detail.
