Porter – Guest Experience Expert

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Porter to join our Guest Experience team at Marriott International in Nadi, Fiji. As a Porter you will help create memorable stays by delivering a wide range of guest services and ensuring smooth operations throughout the property.

Key responsibilities

• Assist guests with luggage handling and transportation.
• Support check‑in and check‑out processes and respond promptly to guest requests.
• Perform operational tasks such as moving, lifting, pushing or pulling objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to company policies and uniform standards.
• Provide local area information and help guests navigate hotel facilities.

Required profile

• Fiji citizenship.
• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least one year of relevant work experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk or sit for extended periods.
