Procurement and Travel Manager

About the role

The Pacific Community (SPC) is seeking a Procurement and Travel Manager to lead its Procurement and Travel Team within Implementation Support Services. The role will provide high‑quality advice, drive strategic direction, and lead digital transformation of procurement processes across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead SPC’s procurement and travel functions to deliver high‑quality customer service advice.
• Provide harmonised and consistent service across SPC in line with the Procurement Policy and Travel Policy.
• Lead organisation‑wide procurement and travel planning, including strategic planning and risk management.
• Drive the shift to a category‑management and business‑partnering model.
• Collaborate with the Head of Implementation Support Services and key stakeholders to enhance processes, procedures and systems.
• Harmonise procurement and travel processes, systems and procedures across all SPC locations.
• Lead the digital transformation of the procurement function, including implementation of e‑procurement solutions.
